I went to Australia many years ago with my backpack. It was a 3-month stay and it was a big experience. I visited some of the famous places and saw some of the wild animals. I visited a friend and remember the cockatoos in her garden. They are so pretty to look at and big compared to what I was used to for birds in the birdfeeder at home. The choice to paint a cockatoo was easy. I painted it yesterday and couldn't wait for the paint to dry in between coats of paint. it is painted on canvas it is 24x18 cm. You can place it in your home or use it as a gift. This is a donation to Australia to rescue wildlife after the fires. It is an online auction, to place a bid go to my IG hannemsart or Facebook Hanne M art.
